An initial 90 minute personal consultation which includes and in-depth health, lifestyle and diet assessment.
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle 12 week plan Supplement protocol (if required).
Analysis of medications and possible nutrient interactions Recommendations on lab testing and analysis of results.
Health Coaching as required to assist with behaviour change 3 x 30 minute follow-up consultations (1 a month) - to talk about how things are going, what's going well or not so well. Agree next steps and tweak plan as required.

This is my signature programme that gives you all the right steps to living a better life and provides regular contact and support, with bi-weekly follow-ups and health-coaching to guide you along your path to success.
What's included
Week 1: An initial 90 minute personal consultation which includes and in-depth health, lifestyle and diet assessment. Personalised nutrition and lifestyle 12 week plan (including recipes) Supplement protocol (if required). Analysis of medications and possible nutrient interactions Recommendations on lab testing. Health Coaching as required to assist with behaviour change.
Week 2: 60 minute personal consultation to talk through your personalised nutrition, lifestyle & supplement plan. Agree goals and actions for the next 2 weeks.
Bi-weekly 30min follow-up consultations (5 in total) to talk about how things are going, what's going well or not so well. Agree next steps and tweak plan as required.
